Dr. Stan Braude
About
Stan Braude, Washington University, was the world expert on naked mole-rat ecology, evolution, and behavior in the wild. Aside from naked mole-rats, his research in ecology and evolutionary biology has examined rhinoceros population genetics, dog domestication and aggression, as well as social behavior in Argentine tuco-tucos.

Stan was a wonderful scientist, teacher, mentor, friend and a cherished part of the FPLL team. We continue his work in his memory.
