Fred, a Canada Goose studied as part of the Forest Park Living Lab’s research on urban wildlife, was featured in a story by the Saint Louis University Research Institute earlier this year. In 2023, we gave Fred a full physical exam, collected health samples, and attached a GPS collar to study his movement. Since then, Fred has provided fantastic data during his travels throughout the St. Louis region. Read the full story!
